RCM renewal procedure begins 90 days prior to a lease's expiration. We analyze the tenant's payment performance, evaluate the condition of the property, and conduct a market analysis (for any updates on the rental price).

RCM will manage your property using superior accounting, maintenance, and communication practices. We promise to collect rent on time and to manage the property as if it were our own. If any maintenance is required, we have you covered. Our authorized and insured vendors will handle it.

Then, we take professional photographs of the property, display the necessary signage, and utilize lock boxes to maximize showings. Once this is in place, we advertise locally and nationally.
